The director of the DTE, Alem Tesfay, has over 10
years of experience of working in the tourism sector. He has worked
extensively as a guide and tour operator with highly regarded
companies, and developed an enviable reputation in organizing
successful packages for local and international companies. He has
particular expertise in developing specialist interest tours for
groups/ individuals involved in filming, research and adventure.
Alem has built on his understanding of customer interests as well as
his practical skills and considerable knowledge of Ethiopia's rich
heritage and environment to establish Diversity Tours Ethiopia. The
company is dedicated to delivering to a high standard, with a
particular focus on educational and customized tours
